BEHIND EVERY ROLE IS A PERSON
Beyond the job title, there's a dream.
Every Cast Member has a world beyond their role; their own passions, talents and dreams. We would love to explore a way to celebrate those dreams, together with Disneyland Paris.
It's available for Cast Members from every department, including performers, guest flow, restaurants, attractions, hotels, retail, backstage roles and all others. Creative dreams matter regardless of job title.

What could we create together?
Imagine a Cast Member recording their first song, stepping in front of the camera for a portrait, making a dance video or taking part in a short film. Each experience starts with the individual’s own dream.

WHY IT MATTERS
Invest in the person, not just the professional.
The intention is to give people a positive experience in which they feel encouraged and appreciated as individuals with potential benefits for positivity, confidence and connection. We would evaluate the experience before claiming outcomes.
This is about personal dreams, not professional performance targets. We would begin by listening to the people involved.
A SMALL PILOT
Start small. Create something meaningful.
A small, voluntary pilot with three to five Cast Members. We listen to their creative ambitions, select achievable projects, create with them and collect feedback from participants and the organisation afterwards. In most cases we only need a small space for our mobile equipment. That way the Cast Members will not have to travel far and it can be done before or after work (or on their off days).
Participation would be voluntary, planned together with the organisation and evaluated through participant feedback.
